Translate design concepts into polished front-end components and interactions, manage 3D scenes, shaders, lighting, cameras, and level of detail, and prototype visual experiences. Collaborate with data and platform engineers while owning work from prototype through production, including performance and visual quality.

Design clear, persuasive presentations and visual stories from complex technical information. Partner with communications, business development, engineers, and executives to create presentations, briefings, keynotes, diagrams, charts, templates, and reusable assets. Apply brand standards, develop new creative components, manage sensitive export-controlled information, and deliver polished files across multiple audiences while coordinating projects from intake through final delivery.

Architect and deploy computer vision and perception systems for space-based missile defense. Develop C++ multi-band EO/IR image processing, physics-based feature extraction, object detection, tracking, and discrimination algorithms. Leads FP&A and Program Finance for a rapidly scaling aerospace and defense company. Owns budgeting, forecasting, reporting, resource allocation, indirect rates, pricing, program economics, EACs, compliance, and customer financial reporting. Partners with executives, program teams, business development, PMO, supply chain, and government customers. Builds a multi-layered finance organization and scalable processes, systems, and automation while supporting strategic investment and operational decisions.

Executes manual and automated tests for full-stack software, documents defects in Jira, collaborates with developers and product teams, and supports Agile sprint activities. Maintains manual and automated test scripts using Playwright while contributing to QA standards and processes. Designs, operates, and optimizes enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid cloud, manufacturing, and cloud-connected environments. Responsibilities include forecasting, cost structure development, overhead rates, capital planning, procurement governance, production cost tracking, supply chain partnership, pricing support, build-versus-buy analysis, and capacity planning. The role begins as an individual contributor and will grow into team leadership while partnering with manufacturing, operations, FP&A, program finance, and accounting.

Owns the internal communications strategy, channels, editorial calendar, and operating rhythm for a growing aerospace and defense company. Advises executives, writes leadership communications, produces all-hands events, leads change communications, manages intranet and collaboration platforms, and builds culture across locations.
