The Billing Specialist prepares, edits, and distributes client invoices and prebills; manages billing adjustments, alternate rates, exemptions, approvals, and client billing information. The role processes electronic invoices, resolves billing issues, provides billing reports and statistics, responds to attorney and client inquiries, and tracks work in progress while ensuring monthly billing deadlines are met.

The Knowledge Management Attorney develops and maintains legal knowledge resources, model documents, forms, databases, and practice-area content for Insurance, Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Cyber groups. The role leads KM strategy, legal technology and AI adoption, innovation projects, training, onboarding, knowledge succession, and organizational change. It also provides legal research and practice support, tracks trends, curates attorney contributions, manages confidential information, and partners across the firm to improve operational efficiency and knowledge-sharing.

Develops and edits private equity thought leadership, market reports, client alerts, articles, proposals, newsletters, and promotional content. Collaborates with attorneys and business development teams to research industry trends, maintain matter descriptions, support pitches and award nominations, and ensure accurate, client-friendly content across digital channels. Requires strong legal or private equity knowledge, exceptional writing skills, strategic judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Manages the firm's billing team, including leadership, workflow coordination, quality control, reporting, invoicing, timekeeping compliance, and monthly close activities. Partners with attorneys and legal support to meet client billing requirements, resolves billing inquiries, improves processes, and oversees team development and performance. Requires expertise in legal accounting, billing applications, eBilling, reporting, and high-volume team management.

Provides administrative and logistical support for litigation trial teams. Responsibilities include coordinating travel, hotels, vendors, courtroom and war-room logistics, technology, catering, office services, documentation, invoices, and trial-related expenses. Maintains checklists, schedules, records, and communications while coordinating with attorneys, internal departments, courts, hotels, and external vendors. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in remote, hybrid, and office settings.
