Manage a multi-site clinical engineering operation, including budgets, performance, team leadership, operational improvement, compliance, equipment uptime, and hospital executive partnerships. The role carries P&L responsibility and requires translating performance metrics into action, coaching leaders, ensuring inspection readiness, and improving financial and operational outcomes. Candidates need clinical engineering management experience or equivalent leadership and business acumen, plus a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
