Leads Trexon’s multi-site IT infrastructure function, including networks, cloud, servers, identity, end-user computing, backup, service delivery, disaster recovery, and vendor relationships. Manages the infrastructure team, project portfolio, budget, controls, and operational reliability. Co-leads CMMC Level 2 implementation, oversees managed security services, strengthens IT procedures, and standardizes infrastructure across manufacturing sites. Requires strong technical, project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Drive custom cable, flat cable, and interconnect product development from customer requirements through design, quoting, validation, NPI/APQP, and manufacturing handoff. Create designs, drawings, specifications, BOMs, prototypes, technical quotes, and validation plans while collaborating with customers, sales, technicians, purchasing, production, quality, and manufacturing engineering. Support material selection, cost estimation, technical presentations, documentation, production release, and post-launch improvements.

Drives B2B growth for engineered cable and interconnect products by developing market strategy, identifying new opportunities, managing pipelines, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and expanding strategic accounts. Partners with engineering, operations, supply chain, and corporate teams on forecasts, customer requirements, product development, and fulfillment. Serves aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor, robotics, and industrial customers while meeting booking and revenue targets.
