Manage customer relationships throughout the contract period, supporting onboarding, training, issue resolution, product adoption, retention, and renewals. Monitor customer health metrics, document feedback, communicate product updates, and collaborate with sales, product, support, and leadership teams to deliver tailored solutions and improve customer satisfaction.

Own the vision, roadmap, strategy, and execution for Treering Yearbooks. Use product analytics, experimentation, customer research, and market insights to improve engagement, retention, satisfaction, and revenue. Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch, define requirements and metrics, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and communicate priorities and outcomes. The role requires strategic product leadership, hands-on execution, and influence across Design, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations.
