Manages complex, high-severity auto liability claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include evaluating coverage and damages, establishing reserves, negotiating settlements, managing litigation strategies, coordinating with legal and internal stakeholders, preparing management reports, maintaining accurate records, and improving claims practices. The role requires advanced knowledge of insurance principles, regulations, claim handling, negotiation, and litigation management, along with an adjuster license where required.

Represents clients in disputed workers compensation litigation from case inception through trial or resolution. Independently manages caseloads, hearings, court events, legal research, pleadings, motions, discovery, and case strategy. Analyzes medical reports, bills, disability ratings, and fee schedules; advises clients and business partners; negotiates resolutions; maintains relationships; meets billable-hour expectations; and uses legal technology and case management systems.

Manage auto physical damage claims from initial notice through settlement, including coverage evaluation, liability analysis, total-loss assessments, repair oversight, investigations, documentation, and settlement negotiations. Coordinate with appraisers and repair facilities, communicate with customers and claimants, prepare required correspondence, maintain accurate claim records, and adapt to new claims technology. Obtain and maintain required insurance licenses.
