Lead site sales to meet targets by recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating a high-volume timeshare sales team. Support VP with staff development, site financial management, and marketing alignment while ensuring ethical, communicative leadership and on-site operational support.

Perform front-desk operations for a timeshare/resort: greet and qualify touring guests, assist sales and property owners, manage gifting and contract preparation, enter and reconcile tour and payment data in reservation systems, maintain documents per PII/PCI standards, and provide administrative support to Sales, Marketing, HR, and Resort teams.

Perform front-desk tour reception, guest qualification, data entry, gift distribution, and timeshare contract preparation. Support Sales, Marketing, HR and Resort teams, maintain PII/PCI-compliant records, reconcile daily cash and reports, and follow standard operating procedures.
