Sell and promote container cold storage rental solutions by identifying new customers, building pipelines, providing technical guidance, collaborating with engineering and marketing, supporting after-sales troubleshooting, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and traveling to job sites to assess and support installations.

Provide remote diagnostics, monitoring, tuning and optimization of connected commercial and industrial HVAC and control systems using Trane Connect and Command Center. Collaborate with sales, field technicians, and customers to resolve issues, perform connected inspections, update system programming, and maintain documentation while supporting Connected Mechanical Service Agreement customers.

Provide administrative support for equipment fulfillment including issuing and reconciling purchase orders and invoices, processing service and freight claims, updating customer job/order status, managing IOMs and submittals, coordinating shipping and credit approvals, and handling general administrative tasks to support timely installations and customer communications.
