Build and evolve HR tech products remotely as a TypeScript/React developer. Implement web interfaces, backend logic, database structures, and integrations (payroll, email/SMS, eSign, billing). Participate in daily agile rituals, perform code reviews, write technical documentation, and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Communicate with development teams in Russian and use intermediate English for requirements and docs.
