Set up and manage road closures and work-zone safety as a flagger/traffic controller. Use cones, barricades, and stop/slow signs for two-way flagging, load and deliver equipment, complete reports, and follow safety procedures. Work outdoors, lift up to 50 lbs, and be available for nights/weekends when on-call.

Lead full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition, develop sourcing strategies and employer branding, manage high-volume and leadership hires, oversee ATS job postings, screen and interview candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, build talent pipelines, manage talent acquisition and onboarding teams, and represent the company at recruitment events.
