Supports weekly payroll processing by entering, auditing, reconciling, and maintaining payroll and timekeeping data. Processes deductions, garnishments, contributions, PTO adjustments, and payroll checks. Assists with certified payroll reporting, prevailing wage and multi-state compliance, payroll tax requirements, employee inquiries, recordkeeping, and management reporting. Requires careful handling of confidential information, adherence to strict deadlines, and proficiency with Excel, payroll systems, timekeeping platforms, and HRIS software.

Supports the full recruitment lifecycle by creating job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and hiring events, conducting background checks, maintaining ATS records, communicating with hiring managers and candidates, and assisting with onboarding and HR administration. The role manages high-volume scheduling, candidate pipelines, recruiting reports, and trackers while supporting a positive candidate experience. Travel of up to 5% may be required for job fairs and recruiting events.
