Leads end-to-end services operations, including SOW creation, project delivery, PMO governance, resource management, vendor and contingent staffing, billing, forecasting, reporting, and revenue recognition. Oversees operational systems, financial discipline, process improvement, change management, services solutions, and strategic initiatives. Partners with Finance, Sales, Engineering Services, and business leaders to improve scalability, utilization, profitability, client delivery, and operational excellence.

Own and grow enterprise accounts across Southern California, driving revenue and gross profit through strategic technology sales. Develop account plans, identify and close complex opportunities, build executive relationships, and coordinate engineering, consulting, services, and technology partners. The role requires consultative selling across cloud, cybersecurity, AI, data, infrastructure, and managed services, along with pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and consistent achievement of growth objectives.

Owns the end-to-end seller experience across Revenue Operations. Builds seller listening and feedback programs, identifies productivity barriers, prioritizes process and technology improvements, and leads initiatives through implementation, documentation, training, change management, and adoption. Establishes performance metrics, improves onboarding and ramp programs, drives cross-functional alignment, and measures business impact across sales productivity, process efficiency, and seller adoption.
