Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for Trace3’s go-to-market organization. Recruit full-cycle for sales and revenue roles, build passive candidate pipelines, advise leaders using market intelligence, and support workforce planning. Manage candidate experience, recruiting metrics, employer branding, diversity recruiting, and hiring process improvements while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, HR, and executive leadership.

Leads full-cycle technical recruiting for high-volume hiring in a high-growth technology environment. Partners with business leaders on workforce planning, sourcing strategy, candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and market insights. Builds diverse technical talent pipelines across infrastructure, data, analytics, security, cloud, and AI. Ensures accurate recruiting data, reporting, compliance, and an exceptional candidate experience while supporting talent initiatives and M&A integration.
