Manage candidate experience, recruiting metrics, employer branding, diversity recruiting, and hiring process improvements while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, HR, and executive leadership.

Advises C-suite clients on emerging technologies, evaluates vendors and solutions, develops innovation and transformation strategies, and leads complex technology engagements. The role provides executive briefings, research, workshops, thought leadership, and technology adoption guidance while shaping Trace3’s market perspective and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Leads presales security architecture for enterprise customers, partnering with sales, engineering, and technology vendors. Designs hybrid, multicloud, and AI security strategies; conducts demonstrations, architecture sessions, webinars, and presentations; develops technical collateral, proposals, reference architectures, and proof-of-concept labs. Identifies security opportunities, supports solution selling, coordinates implementations, resolves issues, and maintains customer and stakeholder relationships across the sales cycle.

Lead delivery of an Atlan implementation for Customer 360: own integrated plan and RAID, configure connectors and RBAC, validate lineage, enable Context Agents for metadata enrichment, drive rollout, steward enablement, and produce a repeatable operating model and adoption metrics.

Provides full-cycle payroll processing and reconciliation for exempt employees, commissions, bonuses, deductions, garnishments, and final pay. Handles employee inquiries, payroll reporting, compliance, audits, data accuracy, and multi-jurisdiction taxation. Supports payroll integrations, system upgrades, automation, workflow documentation, and process improvements while collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT. Serves as backup for commissions administration and helps maintain accurate, timely, scalable payroll operations.
