Manage TP-Link’s Amazon Retail account, serving as the primary contact for Amazon stakeholders and internal teams. Responsibilities include resolving account issues, negotiating business terms, analyzing sales and profitability metrics, developing growth strategies, supporting forecasting and inventory planning, and improving visibility and account performance. The role requires strong Amazon Vendor Central expertise, advanced Excel skills, analytical ability, and effective stakeholder relationship management.

Owns production data-platform components end to end, including ETL pipelines, data modeling, quality checks, monitoring, recovery, and cost optimization. Builds Spark on EMR and Airflow workflows, CDC ingestion, dimensional warehouse layers, and OLAP datasets. Partners with analysts and stakeholders to deliver reliable analytical data while tuning performance and automating reusable platform components.
