Plug, monitor, and manage charging of electric fleet vehicles; reposition vehicles within the lot for dispatch readiness; report maintenance issues; communicate with dispatch; keep vehicles clean and operational.

Supports daily WAV operations by coordinating teams and WAV Monitors, assisting with employee and driver training, resolving real-time issues, maintaining safety and customer-service standards, and reporting vehicle maintenance needs. The role provides frontline operational support, promotes effective communication and teamwork, and requires an active driver’s license, insurance approval, adaptability, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Monitor driver performance and safety alerts, handle driver calls and complaints, track attendance and dispatch in spreadsheets, escalate issues to Supervisors/Safety, assist with team huddles and coaching, and help maintain smooth, safe, customer-focused operations.
