Drives managed print and thermal/barcode sales across assigned territories or named mid-to-large accounts. Review RFx, contracts and security questionnaires for SaaS/cloud and AI products; conduct legal and regulatory research; identify privacy, audit and liability issues; draft and maintain standard clauses, templates, playbooks and trackers; support bid/RFP and public procurement compliance; partner with Legal, Sales, Finance, IT/Security and Operations to translate legal guidance into operational contract language.
