Provide front- and back-of-house retail support: greet customers, run cashier and phone duties, execute operational procedures, receive and organize shipments, maintain stockroom and product flow, and assist the store team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales by building customer relationships, using product knowledge and selling skills, and meeting personal sales goals. Maintain operational and visual standards, follow sales and loss-prevention policies, work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends/holidays), perform physical tasks (lift/move merchandise), and collaborate with the store team to represent the Tory Burch brand.
