Manages hospital plant operations, maintenance, preventive maintenance, testing, and utility distribution. Supervises staff, schedules coverage, oversees training, maintains equipment and compliance records, manages the Utilities Management Plan, coordinates repairs and projects, supports regulatory surveys, and plans budgets, capital replacements, system upgrades, and emergency utility procedures.

Provides direct nursing care to orthopedic and medical-surgical patients using the nursing process. Assesses patient conditions, develops and implements care plans, administers medications safely, provides patient and family education, supports mobility and post-operative recovery, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and maintains infection prevention, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Provides nursing care to operating room patients using the nursing process, established protocols, and individualized care plans. Assesses patient status, administers medications safely, educates patients and families, and collaborates with physicians. Supports operative procedures, patient positioning, infection prevention, specimen handling, environmental safety, and prevention of surgical complications. Participates in quality, peer review, professional development, organizational activities, and precepting.
