Manage territory planning, demos, business planning, CRM account management, cross-functional communication, trade show attendance, and achieve sales quotas through strategic selling and customer relationships.

Drive enterprise sales of Topcon ophthalmology and optometry software and related equipment across a multi-state West territory. Sell directly and via distributors, build clinical and technical product knowledge, manage the sales process ethically, attend national trade shows, and travel frequently (up to 50%). Support installations and handle physical tasks including lifting instruments and boxes.

Lead downstream commercial execution and lifecycle management for Topcon's refraction products. Gather market and customer insights, develop messaging and launch materials, enable sales and field teams, support post-market quality and regulatory collaboration, and partner with R&D on requirements and global product lifecycle activities.
