Sell Tines' automation platform to enterprise Security and IT stakeholders in the DMV territory. Prospect and close complex deals, collaborate with BDRs, Solutions Engineering, channel/tech partners and cross-functional teams, build territory plans, generate demand, and achieve quarterly targets. Role requires regular in-person meetings in the DMV and ~25% travel.

The Principal, Public Sector Compliance Program Manager will oversee compliance programs for federal and public sectors, ensuring alignment with regulations and internal processes while managing risks and stakeholder collaboration.

Drive customer adoption, onboard and support technical customers, identify expansion opportunities, manage renewals and risk mitigation, translate technical needs to product/engineering, and deliver strategic account plans and reviews.

Lead complex global commercial negotiations, draft and negotiate enterprise agreements, and build scalable contracting playbooks. Design and operationalize global compliance and governance programs (privacy, vendor risk, AI governance). Partner cross-functionally to advise on product, security, and regulatory implications and to scale legal processes, templates, training, and self-service resources.

Build and harden product features and tooling for AWS GovCloud, ensuring security, auditability, and compliance. Implement GovCloud-specific authentication, logging, observability, and developer tooling; analyze and remediate security gaps; mentor engineers; support federal self-hosted customers and on-call escalations.
