Performs data entry and clerical accounting support for a continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include compiling resident and healthcare billing data, recording deposits, reviewing accounts payable invoices, entering payables, routing invoices for approval, and generating checks. The role also assists the Director of Financial Services with daily department coordination and requires a hospitality-focused approach.

Manages daily dining room operations in a senior living community, overseeing service quality, cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, training, and customer experience. Supervises serving staff, ensures food presentation and sanitation standards, maintains appropriate inventory and staffing levels, and supports meal service by taking orders, assisting residents, clearing tables, and maintaining workstations.

Prepares and serves therapeutic meals, desserts, salads, and diet-specific trays to health center residents. Sets up and breaks down dining areas, transports food and non-food items, and follows diet orders and food-service standards. The role requires effective communication, basic arithmetic, empathy for older adults, physical stamina, and the ability to lift and transport trays and carts.
