Provide clinical supervision to at least six resident clinicians while maintaining a client caseload of at least 10 weekly availability hours. Responsibilities include individual supervision, documentation oversight, clinical and professional coaching, supervision records, performance documentation, and collaboration with clinical leadership. The role delivers telehealth and occasional face-to-face behavioral health care to clients in California and requires independent LPCC and LCSW licensure, supervision training, and California residency.

Converts inbound inquiries into scheduled mental health appointments through consultative sales. Builds trust, assesses prospective clients’ needs, explains service value, overcomes objections, closes enrollments, and recommends alternatives when needed. Maintains sales and quality metrics in a high-volume remote call-center environment while providing empathetic client service and protecting confidentiality.

Lead revenue cycle operations, including patient accounts receivable, credit balances, eligibility verification, billing call center workflows, insurance denials, write-offs, collections, and outsourced vendor management. Develop KPIs, SOPs, training, and process improvements to reduce aging and denials, improve revenue integrity and cash flow, and enhance the patient financial journey across a multistate healthcare environment.
