Coordinates product intake, evaluations, due diligence, approvals, implementation, and ongoing oversight across managed accounts, alternatives, models, and specialized solutions. Advises CIOs and advisors, identifies shelf gaps, monitors industry trends, and partners with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Technology, Distribution, and Wealth Management teams to improve competitiveness and client outcomes.

Leads Money Canvas Coaching Operations, owning the coaching delivery strategy, operating model, roadmap, performance metrics, workforce planning, and service quality. Manages Coach Managers and 40+ geographically dispersed coaches, develops leadership and culture, improves engagement and retention, and drives operational excellence. Partners with Product, Engineering, Design, HR, Learning Operations, and Strategic Operations to prioritize initiatives, implement new capabilities, and improve coaching and customer experiences.

Provides enterprise technical leadership for Identity and Access Management and AI-era identity security. Defines architectures, standards, governance, authentication, authorization, privileged access, machine identity, secrets, and agent security controls. Leads threat modeling, adaptive authentication, AI-driven detection, monitoring, and response capabilities. Partners with engineering, product, infrastructure, cyber defense, and architecture teams; mentors technical leaders; establishes reusable secure-by-default patterns; and influences executive stakeholders on identity risk, security strategy, and technology investments.
