Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, prepare monthly financial reviews, track SaaS unit economics (Gross Margin, NDR, CAC, LTV), maintain headcount/hiring tracker, build recurring reports and financial models, perform ad-hoc analysis, and partner cross-functionally to turn data into actionable insights.

The Senior Associate will lead PCI audits, guiding customers, analyzing evidence, and collaborating with AI for efficient reporting. Strong customer engagement and problem-solving skills are essential.

Owns day-to-day relationships with GRC and compliance automation partners, managing referrals, deal registration, partner-sourced pipeline, dashboards, and forecasting. Coordinates Sales, Marketing, BDR, Audit, and Product teams; resolves escalations; improves partner and customer experiences; and builds scalable enablement, communication, and referral processes. The role requires strong analytics, cross-functional influence, relationship management, and familiarity with GRC, compliance, audit, or security frameworks.
