Administers and owns the organization’s validated Learning Management System in a highly regulated environment. Responsibilities include LMS configuration, validation, change control, audit readiness, training assignments, records management, reporting, data reconciliation, user support, certification tracking, and onboarding coordination. The role ensures compliance with global regulatory requirements, maintains data integrity, supports inspections, and partners with Regulatory and Learning & Development stakeholders.

Leads corporate FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, financial reporting, and business partnering. Supports IT finance by evaluating technology investments, vendor commitments, project economics, and departmental costs. Builds automated financial models, reporting tools, and investment business cases using NPV and related methodologies. Translates complex financial and operational data into executive insights, recommendations, and decision support while improving planning processes and reporting efficiency.

Own Thorne’s AI and answer-engine visibility program by monitoring Profound data, identifying competitive and sentiment trends, prioritizing the AEO roadmap, and coordinating execution across content, ecommerce, product, development, PR, affiliates, and agency partners. The role translates analytics into actionable plans, manages cross-functional projects, and uses AI or lightweight automation to improve marketing workflows.
