As a Senior Attorney Editor, you will conduct legal research, draft legal commentary, and collaborate with authors and stakeholders to produce high-quality content.

Manage a book of Concierge/Advisory customers to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Define success plans, deliver education, monitor usage/health, escalate issues, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Sales and Professional Services using tools like Gainsight and Salesforce.

Develop and execute account plans for small-to-mid sized corporate accounts in an assigned territory. Prospect and build pipeline, manage full sales cycle from outreach to close and renewal, expand revenue within accounts, maintain Salesforce CRM, collaborate cross-functionally, build C-level relationships, meet revenue targets, and conduct client meetings in person or via virtual platforms.
