Conduct structured, high-volume clinical interviews for behavioral health candidates; evaluate clinical judgment, diagnosis, treatment planning, risk assessment, ethics, communication, and cultural responsiveness. Document evidence-based hiring recommendations, apply standardized scorecards, and partner with clinical and recruiting teams to improve interview processes, assessment criteria, and hiring quality. The role requires an independent behavioral-health license and does not involve a patient caseload.

Own full-cycle recruitment for therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists across multiple states. Develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding, and complete background checks, references, and credentialing. Partner with clinical leadership and the COO, track recruiting metrics, monitor licensing and market trends, maintain ATS records, and create recruitment materials. The role requires healthcare recruiting experience and knowledge of mental health licensure and credentialing.
