Support editorial pipeline from pre-production through post by maintaining Avid projects, processing storyboards in Flix, prepping and logging dialogue, outputting screening and turnover files, organizing sound and music, assisting editors with builds and retake sessions, and publishing deliverables to production (PIX, EDLs).

Lead production for Unreal Engine animation projects (tests, shorts, ancillary content). Create staffing plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation; manage UE pipeline integration, stakeholder communication, and project teams to deliver creative, on-time, on-budget content.

Support VP, VFX by coordinating VFX production tasks: track shot progress and deliveries, manage VFX databases and shared folders, liaise with producers/vendors/executives, draft and compare vendor contracts, arrange reviews, handle travel/expenses and publicity requests, and assist with special projects and administrative processing.
