Support construction projects for the Southern California Water Division: document control, daily project coordination, procurement, QC/QA, subcontractor coordination, surveying and layout, equipment and safety management, estimating, and site inspections.

Lead construction projects for the Water Division, overseeing costs, scheduling, engineering, personnel, QA/QC, client relationships, contract issues, forecasting, and project close-out while ensuring safety and team development.

Support construction project documentation and field activities: prepare daily docs, coordinate survey/layout and as-builts, track materials, update software, handle RFIs, review quality/quantity reports, schedule deliveries, inspect sites for safety/compliance, and assist with safety plans and other assigned tasks.
