Develop go-to-market and account plans, drive revenue and conversion improvements, negotiate commercial terms, guide technical integrations (APIs, white-label), and coordinate cross‑functional teams globally using data-driven insights.

Lead financial controllership and commercial finance for North America FIT businesses. Partner with CEO and leadership on budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making. Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, audit, tax, treasury, controls, and process improvements. Manage and develop finance team and collaborate with shared services and global finance.

Manage creation, maintenance, and upload of supplier contracts in internal systems. Build and maintain supplier records, respond to contract queries, reconcile with Accounts Payable, perform quality checks, action trip change tickets, maintain Airtable data, and collaborate with Contracting, Operations, and Finance to resolve gaps and improve processes.
