Oversee daily museum operations, security, vendor management, and facility maintenance to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and an excellent visitor experience. Coordinate cross-departmentally, manage budgets and contracts, support exhibitions/events operationally, maintain SOPs and emergency preparedness, and respond to incidents while leading operational improvements and vendor performance.

Develop and sell sponsorship programs across the Recording Academy portfolio. Create pitch decks, budgets, and forecasts; build and manage partner relationships; collaborate with internal teams on creative execution and contracts; meet or exceed sponsorship revenue targets.
