Lead and manage a team of 8-12 canvassers to meet donor acquisition, retention, and gift goals. Canvass regularly, recruit and train staff, create schedules and turf plans, oversee daily logistics and payroll, and ensure high performance, equity, and a professional culture.

Recruit, train, and manage volunteers; run community outreach, events, and digital outreach; track supporter data and voter engagement; coordinate campus and community organizing to boost turnout and campaign visibility.

Lead and build the company's technology function: modernize internal systems, unify employment and payroll pipelines, own the system of record, harden data pipelines and analytics, enforce security and AI governance, and grow a resilient BI/systems team. Deliver an architecture and roadmap, run migrations and pilots, and support a presidential-scale campaign cycle on scalable foundations.
