Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Global Head of Policy & Public Funding, including travel and meeting logistics, budget and report preparation, process improvement, staff supervision, recruiting/HR support, stakeholder communications, and data analysis to improve program effectiveness. Occasional travel and flexible hours required.

Lead feasibility, design, and technical oversight of agriculture natural climate solutions carbon projects. Provide soil carbon accounting, biogeochemical modeling, sampling and lab analysis guidance, produce feasibility and project design documents, support validation/verification, manage budgets/timelines, build tools and capacity, and represent TNC in external engagements to ensure high-integrity carbon credits.

Lead fundraising for Impact Finance & Markets by building and managing a portfolio of individual, foundation, and corporate prospects; develop prospect strategies, cultivate and steward donors, coordinate cross-functional proposal development, and secure philanthropic investments to advance conservation solutions.
