Lead pre-sales technical engagements: craft solution architectures, deliver demos and POCs, manage technical sales strategy and account planning, drive deal signoff, and provide product feedback to engineering and product management.

Manage a portfolio of commercial property and casualty accounts from start to finish. Respond to client policy and coverage questions, advise on policy changes and risk management, market and quote new business and renewals, compare carrier coverage and costs, coordinate with underwriters, and compile renewal information. The role provides professional daily client service while partnering closely with assigned Producers.

Supports Commercial Lines account managers and agents by maintaining existing business, issuing certificates of insurance, processing endorsements, organizing policy documents, updating agency management systems, preparing renewal applications, gathering account data, and responding to client requests. Ensures accurate documentation and compliance with agency standards and California regulatory requirements.
