Supports performance-driven creative strategy across UGC, paid social, static, and motion content. Develops concepts, hooks, briefs, and creative testing strategies; coordinates creators through production; reviews content and provides feedback; monitors social trends; collaborates with account management, paid media, designers, and editors; and contributes to client presentations, testing insights, and process improvements.

Leads day-to-day client strategy, account management, reporting, and communication across 5–6 digital marketing accounts. Develops cross-channel media plans, test-and-learn roadmaps, performance presentations, and growth recommendations while coordinating internal teams, managing deliverables and budgets, and building trusted client relationships. The role focuses on expanding expertise across search, social, programmatic, funnel optimization, attribution, and data storytelling under senior mentorship.

Support email and SMS lifecycle programs across client accounts: write briefs, build/QA/deploy campaigns and flows in Klaviyo and other ESPs, troubleshoot rendering and integrations, analyze CRM KPIs, manage tasks in the PM system, maintain client files, and advise stakeholders on CRM best practices.
