Manage and service assigned employee benefits clients, support producers with marketing/quoting and open enrollment, maintain carrier/vendor relationships, ensure compliance, resolve complex benefit issues, manage enrollments/terminations, and produce client-facing communications and documentation.

Manage mid-size to large commercial insurance accounts remotely (Eastern Time). Service clients and producers, prepare submissions/proposals, process changes/audits/policies, issue certificates and ID cards, invoice and collect premiums, review renewals and exposures, maintain documentation in Epic, and support growth through producer collaboration and special projects.

Provide prompt, accurate service for commercial lines accounts: prepare submissions, manage renewals, process changes, invoices and cancellations, handle client requests (ID cards, certs, binders), review policies, support producers, monitor reports, and participate in projects and professional development.
