Lead implementation, modernization, and optimization of enterprise PMIS for large public-sector capital programs. Manage migrations to Trimble Unity/eBuilder, coordinate configuration, data migration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support. Liaise with executives, PMO, IT, finance, vendors; support budgeting, invoicing, contract management, cost tracking, forecasting, reporting, UAT, change management, dashboards, and continuous process improvements.

The Project Controls III will manage cost controls, contract performance, budgeting, forecasting, and risk analysis for LAWA's Capital Program, ensuring project financial integrity.

The IT Coordinator will manage IT projects for the LACCD, supporting planning, documentation, reporting, and project execution across various technologies.
