Provides proactive administrative and organizational support to the Founder, including calendar and travel management, communications, meeting follow-up, records, purchasing, vendor coordination, animal care scheduling, staff support, recruiting, partnerships, events, and special projects. The role also supports organizational programs and onsite engagements while exercising discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality in a full-time onsite environment.
