Supports event planning and execution, maintains event calendars, communicates with guests, organizes engagement data, tracks metrics, and assists with research. Coordinates volunteer orientations and develops strategies to increase volunteer participation, engagement, and retention. The role collaborates across departments, supports farm operations and community events, and performs general organizational tasks in a farm-based environment.

Educates children and families through outdoor, farm-based programs, field trips, camps, and early childhood activities. Creates safe, engaging learning environments, leads agroecology-themed sessions, maintains activity spaces, welcomes participants, promotes related programs, communicates with families and clients, and supports event planning, production, and cleanup. Collaborates with education leadership and staff while tracking goals, responding to feedback, and supporting program success.
