The Division Chair oversees the Applied Clinical Psychology program, managing operations, curriculum quality, faculty development, and student recruitment while fostering partnerships and conducting assessments for continuous improvement.

Oversee and provide clinical supervision to practicum students, review their clinical work, support their professional development, and ensure ethical practice.

Support and monitor research compliance and IRB operations, conduct audits and reviews, write findings and corrective actions, develop and deliver human subjects protections training and educational materials, partner with academic units to ensure adherence to federal regulations and institutional policies.
