Maintains accounts receivable records, monitors aging, contacts past-due customers, resolves billing and credit issues, negotiates payment plans, processes claims and chargebacks, reconciles payments, supports cash applications, maintains customer profiles, answers inquiries, and provides weekly reporting. Requires accounting knowledge, AR experience, ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency, organization, multitasking, and independent work skills.

Develop new business and grow existing restaurant, catering, hotel, and retail accounts by selling specialty food products. Build customer relationships, prospect leads, conduct territory visits, present products, quote pricing, secure orders, and coordinate delivery expectations. Maintain sales records, customer data, expense reports, receivables, and inventory awareness while collaborating with inside sales teams. Travel throughout the assigned territory and provide personalized foodservice solutions.

Leads district sales activities, develops business and sales strategies, manages and develops Sales Associates, expands the customer base, supports market penetration, oversees pricing and profitability, controls expenses, provides performance feedback, and recruits and hires sales staff.
