Coordinates work-based learning and concurrent enrollment programs, including student recruitment, screening, enrollment, attendance and progress monitoring, college and employer coordination, worksite compliance, documentation, transportation, and student support. Develops program materials and policies, conducts orientations, monitors training quality, maintains databases, supports grant attainment, and ensures compliance with Department of Labor, OSHA, and organizational requirements.

Direct and supervise career technical education programs, ensure compliance with DOL/center standards, oversee instructors and work-based learning placement, manage budgets and records, evaluate student progress and program quality, and lead staff development to achieve credential and placement goals.

The EMCS Manager oversees the Energy Management Control Systems at NASA JPL, ensuring optimal operation, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating on HVAC problems.
