Manages the lifecycle of Deep Space Network data-processing software components. Performs system performance analysis, acceptance testing, anomaly investigation, troubleshooting, and test reporting. Develops operational procedures, supports readiness reviews, coordinates corrective actions, and provides real-time technical support during critical activities. The role also communicates subsystem health to management, improves file-delivery processes, and collaborates with station personnel, development teams, operations services, and customers.

Develops, tests, deploys, and supports attended and unattended UiPath RPA automations. Works with stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and translate needs into technical solutions. Builds database and API integrations using SQL and programming languages, applies web technologies for browser automation, and maintains documentation. Troubleshoots automations, supports Agile and Waterfall development, participates in testing and project planning, and provides operational status updates.

Leads the architecture, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and sustainment of Appian applications supporting Army systems. Provides technical leadership, code reviews, mentorship, secure coding enforcement, requirements collaboration, Agile participation, integrations, documentation, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity, RMF, STIG, and privileged-access requirements.
