The Director of Human Resources leads daily HR operations, Paycom HRIS/ATS administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, labor relations, compliance, credentialing, and workforce development. The role builds dashboards, analyzes talent and retention data, forecasts staffing needs, and presents actionable insights to leadership and the Board. It also oversees evaluations, investigations, leaves, personnel records, policies, budgeting, and regulatory reporting while supporting equitable hiring and employee development across public charter schools.

The High School Assistant Principal serves as an instructional leader, coaching and evaluating teachers, guiding curriculum and assessment, analyzing student data, and leading professional development. The role also oversees student safety, campus security, attendance and wellness coordination, student activities, policy implementation, and community engagement. The position requires California teaching and administrative credentials and supports an inclusive, achievement-focused school culture.

Serve as a high school instructional leader reporting to the Principal: coach and evaluate teachers, lead data-informed instruction and assessments, design professional development, ensure curriculum alignment with California standards, oversee student safety and school operations, and engage families and community to foster an inclusive, achievement-focused school culture.
