Senior network engineer responsible for network infrastructure operations and security: manage firewalls, routing (OSPF/BGP), VPNs, NAC, authentication, proxies, and intrusion prevention. Handle ServiceNow tickets, implement security policies, support proof-of-concepts, collaborate with engineering teams on security requirements, and provide 24/7 on-call support.

Manage technical support escalations for high-value customer accounts, serving as the customer advocate during critical disruptions and complex migrations or upgrades. Coordinate cross-functional teams, develop mitigation and improvement plans, monitor customer health, report risks to management, and support customer satisfaction, renewals, and retention. The role requires strong technical customer-facing experience in information security or technology, leadership, communication, and the ability to manage multiple programs and escalations.

The Principal Electrical Engineer will lead hardware design and development for embedded systems, ensuring performance and reliability, while managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
