Manage outreach, close and onboard athletic facility partnerships across Texas, maintain ongoing partner relationships, track referrals and partner performance, and report results to leadership.

Perform outbound and inbound outreach to prospective families and athletic facility partners, qualify leads through discovery conversations, book calls and campus visits, manage and log activity in the CRM, and report weekly pipeline and results to leadership.

Provide first-line remote technical support to students and parents for devices and learning platforms via email, chat, ticketing, and phone. Troubleshoot hardware/software/connectivity across Mac, Windows, iOS, and Chromebooks, escalate complex issues, maintain knowledge base articles, and report on ticket volume and trends. Weekend coverage and clear written communication required.
