Lead a regional sales team to achieve profitable growth across a defined geography. Build and execute go-to-market plans, coach and develop sellers, manage pipeline and supplier relationships, set sales targets/forecasts, negotiate contracts, and drive margin and talent development. Travel throughout the year as required.

Handle inbound customer calls, web chat, and support inbox; assist with order placement, quotes, order status, and general account management for smaller accounts while ensuring accurate data entry and product quality support.
