Manages sales support supervisors and customer service representatives while overseeing quoting, customer communications, ERP order placement, KPIs, SLAs, coaching, quality control, and revenue growth initiatives. Partners with sales, product, suppliers, and internal teams to improve processes, resolve customer issues, support product knowledge, and identify account growth opportunities.

Handle inbound customer calls, web chat, and support inbox; assist with order placement, quotes, order status, and general account management for smaller accounts while ensuring accurate data entry and product quality support.
