Develop and maintain backend systems, data pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces supporting wet-lab and computational drug discovery. Integrate ELN/LIMS applications with internal informatics platforms, build data-focused applications and dashboards, collaborate with scientists, and contribute production-ready code, testing, documentation, and code reviews across data science, computational chemistry, and machine learning systems.

Coordinate recruiting and onboarding from application through the first weeks of employment. Partner with hiring managers on candidate profiles, interview plans, recruiting strategies, offers, and onboarding. Manage candidate communication, interview logistics, hiring feedback, decisions, external recruiters, job postings, and talent channels. Track recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and improve candidate and new-hire experiences while developing technical fluency in life sciences, computational science, and technology roles.
