The role requires independent production troubleshooting, deep SQL Server and T-SQL expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to improve fragile legacy data processes.

Grow and activate Dermalogica PRO’s advocate community through sourcing, onboarding, nurturing, re-engagement, gifting, and paid partnerships. Coordinate campaign briefs, advocate deliverables, shipping logistics, tiering, and record maintenance. Research influencer trends and competitors, track participation and performance, and analyze campaigns against Earned Media Value goals using influencer marketing platforms.

Own Dermalogica PRO’s social community engagement by responding to messages and comments, running challenges and interactive content, monitoring conversations, sourcing and amplifying user-generated content, and maintaining an on-brand voice. Analyze sentiment, engagement, and earned media value using social analytics tools, then report insights to improve content and community performance.
