Designs, deploys, and optimizes large-scale RoCEv2 data center networks supporting AI and HPC clusters up to 100,000+ GPUs. Leads congestion management, network performance, reliability, automation, validation, and observability initiatives. Provides technical direction across teams, resolves complex production failures, develops network standards and tooling, and mentors engineers while working hands-on with switching, routing, optics, cabling, and high-speed Ethernet fabrics.

Leads large-scale cluster deployment from rack delivery through production acceptance, including network bring-up, cabling verification, GPU-fabric integration, validation, burn-in, and RCCL performance testing. Manages deployment engineers across concurrent builds, improves deployment velocity, establishes operational playbooks and acceptance gates, coordinates with data center teams and vendors, and drives defect resolution across network, cabling, and hardware partners.

The Staff Infrastructure Engineer will design and implement a scalable virtualization platform for high-performance AI workloads, manage VM lifecycles, optimize virtualization for performance, troubleshoot systems, and contribute to long-term architecture.
