Lead enterprise cardiology imaging strategy, governance, implementations, interoperability, and vendor partnerships across a multi-site health system. Drive workflow standardization, physician adoption, compliance, budget oversight, and team development while supporting infrastructure, disaster recovery, and executive reporting to improve operational and clinical outcomes.

Coordinate daily nursing staffing and patient admissions/transfers across hospital units. Lead and coordinate daily operations of the step-down unit, providing clinical leadership, mentoring staff, making patient care assignments, and ensuring unit quality and compliance. Assist with recruiting, training, reporting, and communicate unit needs to nurse leadership and house supervisors.

Manage and implement Tenet/USPI Ethics, Compliance, and Privacy program for assigned western-region facilities. Provide regulatory guidance, lead monitoring/audits, support training, oversee investigations and corrective actions, collaborate with leadership and legal, and present compliance trends to committees to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory adherence.

Lead regional ethics and compliance efforts across multiple facilities, partnering with leadership to ensure adherence to federal healthcare requirements and Tenet policies. Conduct risk-based audits and monitoring, develop corrective action plans, deliver compliance training, analyze trends and dashboards, and coordinate remediation with counsel. Serve as an approachable resource, support committee preparations, and promote reporting without retaliation to foster an ethical culture.

Provide direct RN patient care on Telemetry or PCU (Stepdown) units, coordinate and integrate nursing care, administer medications, follow safety, infection control, and emergency procedures, and fulfill HICS responsibilities during emergencies.

Perform and review routine and complex accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, payments, payroll processing, and vendor/department issue resolution. May lead junior staff and specialize in accounting sub-functions while ensuring accurate employee compensation and benefits processing.

Provide direct clinical patient care as a Cath Lab RN on local, travel, or PRN Tenet contracts. Work 36–40 hour weeks (AM/PM shifts) for 13-week assignments, performing peri-procedural patient care, monitoring, and collaborating with the cath lab team. Must maintain required certifications and state licensure.

Provide direct clinical patient care in Pre-Op or PACU settings on local, travel, or PRN W-2 contracts. 13-week assignments (36–40 hrs/week) with AM or PM shifts. Must hold RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, and meet acute care experience requirements. Weekly pay, 401(k), guaranteed hours for travel contracts.

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures for patients of all ages, producing high-quality radiographs and assisting with advanced imaging (fluoroscopy, myelography, arthrography, OR procedures, trauma). Apply professional judgment, complete required competencies, and maintain certifications and licenses.

Performs a range of radiologic procedures under Medical Director supervision, including portable X-rays, specialized studies, fluoroscopy, and CT support. Monitors patients, maintains equipment, assists radiologists with contrast, supports QA/QI, schedules patients, and uses Cerner and McKesson PACS systems to complete and troubleshoot studies.
